A blend of organic sencha tea grown in Shizuoka City with a balance of astringency

How to Enjoy Yuzu Sencha as Recommended by MARUFUKU
Hot Brew Method
1. Pour boiling water into tea cups and let stand for 20 seconds to cool the water to approximately 80°C (176°F).
2. Measure 3 grams of tea leaves(about one teaspoon) per cup and place them into a teapot.
3. Slowly pour the hot water from the teacups into the teapot.(160ml)
4. Steep for 2 minutes 30 secondes.
5. Serve the tea by pouring it in small amounts into each tea cup in an alternating order, to ensure the flavor is evenly distributed.
6. Drain the teapot completely by shaking out the last drops.
Cold Brew Method with a Teapot
1. Place two heaping tablespoons of tea leaves(around 10 grams) into the teapot.
2. Add 2 or 3 ice cubes.
3. Fill with water(quantity sufficient for 2 tea cups or 1 teapot).(400ml)
4. Steep for 10 minutes.
5. Serve in tea cups.
6. Drain the teapot completely by shaking out the last drops.Note: For the best quality, we recommend using bottled mineral water such as Evian or Volvic, as the tap water in France may be too hard.
